Dock Levelers & Scissor Dock Lift |
Dock levelers allow you to create a permanent way to create a smooth transition between trailers and dock while loading and unloading. The scissor dock lift allows you to unload trailers onto the lift and lower to ground level when there is no dock. |

Manual Edge of Dock Leveler |
|
This dock leveler permanently attaches to face of dock. Recommended for docks at least 48" high. Each unit provides a service range of 5" up and 5" down. When the trailer departs the lip drops automatically behind the face of the bumpers. Concrete recess is not required. Complete with 2" x 8" x 18" bumpers and installation instructions. Standard ramping length is 27". A steel dock edge is required for proper installation. Units can be custom made for existing docks with other sizes.

Electric Edge of Dock Leveler |
|
The electric edge of dock leveler provides easy operation. After the truck is backed against the dock, push and hold the control button. The leveler raises and the lip will extend and rest on the truck bed. The unit is operated by a 3/4 hp., 110/220 volt, single phase motor pre wired to 110V. Unit comes complete with motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines and oil. Units can be custom made for existing docks with other sizes.

Scissor Dock Lift |
|
This scissor dock lift will save time and reduce man-hours where there are no docks. Pit or surface mount with the optional approach ramp. Engineered and designed for maximum safety and efficiency. Checkered plate deck is made of heavy gauge steel for years of use. Hydraulic cylinders feature emergency velocity fuse if line breaks. Complete with upper travel limit switch and overload relief valve. Push-button control is 24V AC on a 20 foot long coil cord. Pre wired control box includes magnetic starter and overload fuse. High visibility removable handrails with fixed toe boards are standard (optional removable handrail and toe-board). Includes beveled toe-guards and electric toe-guards around perimeter of platform. External 6.5 hp 208 - 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 hz motor may be located up to 8 feet away from lift. OSHA and ANSI compliant.
