Complete Pallet Rack System |
|
Solve your warehouse shelving needs with this, high-strength steel pallet rack. Unique design includes step beams that accommodate flanged cross bars, sheet metal and wire decking. Beams adjust on 2" centers. One-piece tubular beams have a continuous seam weld and are interchangeable with other "teardrop styles. A minimum of 2 pair of beams are required for each storage bay of pallet rack. Load per beam pair assumes a maximum vertical beam spacing of 60". Safety load locks are attached permanently to each end of the beam. Safety certified 55,000 lbs. psi minimum yield high strength steel throughout meets or exceeds Rack Manufacturers Institute safety standards of 1.65 x rated capacity for beams and 1.92 x rated capacity for uprights. Meeting these standards makes this perfect bulk shelving. Includes foot plates to attach racking to floor. Orange beams and green uprights standard. This pallet rack is available in starter and add-on units.

• 50-lb. capacity per lineal foot
Easily convert your single-deep pallet racks into carton flow racks. Maintenance-free construction features galvanized steel side 2" roller center channels and 3/4" diameter aluminum rollers. To install: set front beam to desired elevation and rear beam at higher elevation. Track length must match upright (out-to-out) dimensions. Seven-year warranty. FOB NEW JERSEY.

Gravity Flow Pallet Rack Levels |

QuikPik® shelves convert your pallet rack to carton flow racks. RollaTrak with guide rails conveys packages in separate lanes. Shelf capacity: 25 lbs. per square foot. Inverted channel locks firmly in place without tools and adjusts every 1/2" for maximum lane width flexibility. Patented clip attaches to all pallet rack with round or square side post holes that are 7/16" or larger and 2" center-to-center. Comes complete with 16 RollaTrak pieces and 7 guide rails per shelf level (uprights and beams not included). FOB KENTUCKY.
