| CREDIT CARDS: Noble Products, Inc. accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express. All credit cards are debited at time of shipment for the amount of purchase. All charges such as purchase amount, applicable sales tax and freight will be charged at one time. |
| PURCHASE ORDERS: Noble Products, Inc. accepts purchase orders from established businesses with approved credit. All purchase orders accepted will be on a Net 30 payment basis. |
| SPECIAL ORDER POLICY |
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are those that alter standard manufacturing to meet the customers’ needs. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE! |
| RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS |
RETURNS: Noble Products, Inc. only accepts returns of standard stock items. Special made products or standard items altered to meet customers’ specs are NON-RETURNABLE. Assembled lockers and specialty locks are non-returnable.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer pays all freight charges for the return of the item (s). Customer must obtain a return authorization (RGA) that is required by manufacturer from Noble Products BEFORE item is shipped back. Returned checks are subject to a $30 Returned Check Fee. |
| CANCELLATIONS: Standard stock items are subject to a 10% cancellation fee once order is placed. If order has been shipped before cancellation is received the above return policy is in effect. Once specification approval for custom orders has been received by Noble Products they can not be canceled. |
| SHIPPING POLICY |
| All items are guaranteed to be undamaged when they leave the manufacturer. The customer must inspect all items for damage before signing for delivery. Claims usually can not be placed once customer signs acceptance of delivery. If upon inspection customer notices damage on goods customer may reject delivery, or accept delivery with notation on shipping confirmation stating damage. If you are unsure which to do, call Noble Products at 866-334-7225 before accepting delivery of damaged goods. |

Phone orders can be made between the hours of 8a.m. – 5p.m. M - F EST. at 866-334-7225
Online orders can be placed at www.nobleproducts.net
Fax orders can be sent by going to www.nobleproducts.net/order. Print the form fill out the order and fax it to the number located on the form.
Any order other than phone orders will have freight added and confirmed by phone.
